The Finance team’s goal is to ensure that SCOPE PHA can provide the best experience and services for patients, the community, and all PHA members. By acquiring funding from various sources, brainstorming and executing fundraisers, and keeping track of all PHA-related spending, this team collaborates with leadership to make club activities as accessible as possible. Previously, Finance has helped secure grant funding to upgrade the tablets we use in the clinic, resulting in a more seamless experience for both the patient and the PHA caseworker. Our focus for this upcoming year is to increase club funding, decrease member expenses, and increase collaborations with other PHA project teams. Finance team members should be detail-oriented, organized, and driven to help jumpstart creative fundraising ideas and support PHA’s mission.
