Resource Project Team
The Resource Team develops and maintains a comprehensive database of community-based resources, empowering healthcare providers and PHA caseworkers to connect patients with free and low-cost social services. Beyond maintaining the PHA MyMaps platform for personalized care, members actively serve at community clinics for the unhoused and distribute essential physical resources, such as blood pressure cuffs, to support at-home care. We foster a culture of leadership by encouraging members to spearhead independent outreach projects and collaborate with external organizations. Additionally, our team leads educational initiatives — including interactive presentations at general meetings — to ensure all advocates are well-equipped to support their patients.
Recent Initiatives
General Meeting Resource Presentations
Members of the resource team have provided resource refreshers and educational presentations at biweekly GMs. In addition to this, the resource team compiled vetting guides to facilitate completion of weekly resource work for PHAs.

Vituity Cares Clinic Partnership
Once a month, our members partner with Vituity Cares to connect the unhoused population on Skid Row to local resources such as housing, employment facilities, showers, and food pantries.
