The SCOPE PHA Resource and Transitional Care Project Teams regularly create resource guides and informational sheets! Most of our guides and sheets are in English, however, we have translated vision, dental, and transitional care resource guides into Spanish!

Resource Guides
Our resource guides are designed to make people aware of accessible care and aid centers in their communities alongside important health information.
We currently have three guides in Spanish (Dental, Transportation, and Transitional Care), and are working on translating more!
Information Sheets
SCOPE PHA's information sheets feature useful tips and guidelines on how to live healthily and care for loved ones!
At the moment, all of our information sheets are in English, but we are in the process of translating them into Spanish and other languages.
